Comment:  the person meant adding a week for the philanthropy (XO Wish Week, DG Anchor Week, etc), which is pretty pointless because most sororities have a week dedicated to their philanthropy and all of us should! Not copying at all. The "splash" could refer to Anchor Splash which is a national event for DG, but the chapter here has Anchor Games instead so that argument is also pointless. Congrats XO!
