Comment:  Getting a bit ahead of themselves. Admittedly, they've made a big leap in quality and have made quite a bit of headway in progress recently, but they still have a long ways to go. Just recently made it into most peoples opinions as a middle tier chapter, will probably pass up Kappa Sig and Sig Nu soon. Will likely start competing with Beta within a few years. Can't ever see them being in the top 6 though
