Comment:  TPA has a good philanthropy and a little academic strength, but most of the focus is on social life. Which is great if that is what you're looking for! But coming off of probation has been hard for them and Theta is going to be stuck with the least-classy-chapter reputation for a while. The new PC has some really great girls, but they're going to have to work really hard to get rid of that stereotype.
