Comment:  Lets be honest here. Phi Tau is one of the best fraternities here at UofL. That doesn't mean that they're respected at all. I went to their sorority appreciation parties last fall and I couldn't get them to stop bothering me. Constantly asking if I needed more alcohol or if I wanted to "go to a room alone". After the second party, I decided to never go back. I don't like the atmosphere of Phi Tau parties at all. Otherwise, they have a strong alumni base which keeps them at the top, unfortunately
