Comment:  Its weird. Everyone used to make fun of this fraternity because it wasnt really even considered to be one. Then they just kept quietly trucking along and everybody is kind of shocked at the progress theyve made. Their recent pledge class was at least in the top 2, if not the best last semester. All i heard from my sisters was how hot and respectful (and wealthy in one case) they were. Now they apparently just got a house too. I dont know where to rank them, but they are rising crazy fast
