Comment:  Sig Ep has a lot of potential to be a great Fraternity. They have one of the best houses to throw parties in (even if the location isn't the best) and the guys want nothing more than to have a good time. The brothers are pretty close and seem to always have a good time with each other, definitely not the typical "frat guy" image though. Anything ranging from cowboy boots and sleeveless flannels to vans to gym monkeys.
