Comment:  pay attn b/c this is honest: piphi is in a do-or-die position coming up to rush. they had an "meh" recruitment last year, and moved down a bit so that they are solidly tied with aphi in regards to tiers. a good rush this year might help them regain their place, but it also depends on how aphi does. that said, piphi's general rep is that they are cute and super fun (read: major partiers and stereotypical sorority girls)
