Comment:  pay attn b/c this is honest: Theta frustrates me. they have all the makings for an up and coming sorority, but they don't seem to really care. they are SO under-the-radar. they usually recruit well, have cute girls...they just to really up their profile and involvement. right now, they are solid middle tier/lower middle tier.
