Comment:  Since when have snap bids been stigmatized? In the same way some sororities have to fill up their houses to maximum capacity (DZ, etc.), some sororities' nationals require them to be at the full capacity of total members year round... that means if the ISC sets the pledge class cap at 48, those sororities HAVE to have 48 new members, so if even one person "didn't get their top choice" and drops, that sorority has to snap bid someone. That doesn't make it a "bottom tier" sorority
