Comment:  Phi Psi is top tier for one reason. They have a great brotherhood. You don't join fraternities for the parties, you join for the people. Find the right people and the social life, networking, and memories all follow. Phi Psi does this better than any other fraternity at UCR and it is why they've gone from nothing to something in less than a couple of years. It's what separates them from everyone else.
