Comment:  i would consider them top tier but i dont know if everyone would and i get that. they are my favorite though. believe me, the least likely greek life organization of all to self rank, they probably don't even know about this website. not because they are "better" than anyone or something they just aren't like that. great group of guys. not sure why they have so many rankings but unlike chi o it's not because they self rank.
