Comment:  Bottom post. They are definitely are no where close to top tier. They DEFINITELY do not have their full charter and are not registered as a chapter, but rather as a colony. Get your facts straight before you post nonsense. As for this fraternity, there is potential but I personally do not see any major improvements from last year. We will see where they will go this year.
