Comment:  ya i would agree, these guys are more chill than you think. word has it they just got off sanctions from the school (as did almost every top tier fraternity here) and are recovering from their last semester. i heard their homecoming was really fun,,, i wish we went with them instead of theta chi :/ Their house (property) is by far the biggest on campus and they do a pretty good job keeping it clean. overall, i like em, good group of fellas :)
