Comment:  Some men in this chapter are an embarrassment to what is PI KAPPA PHI. i have seen them belligerent in public, sneering at girls, and boys. I have seen quality men look at PI KAPP and turn away due to the actions of just SOME brothers. A few bad apples ruin the barrel, and Pi Kapp's barrel is rotten.
