Comment:  theta is not a bad group, but they are NOT top and are NOT the best!! All thetas were TOLD to get on here and rate their own chapter 5.0 since recruitment is coming up and the pnms will look on here. Thats why there are so many perfect rates in a row people!! Like I said, I like theta and they're a decent group. but really? Its obvious yall posted all this. PNMS just be warned the ranks you read before RUSH dont reflect how chapters are. They will change over the year!!
