Comment:  Speaking as a Kappa Sigma at Baylor University, I actually really do respect this chapter. They have made great progress over the past two years or so and I can definitely see them improving each and every semester. Although they may not be as active on campus, they do what they want to do and that's all that college is about; having fun and enjoying the four years that you have. I feel that I've ranked them fairly in each category, but keep it up SigEps!
