Comment:  Alright, I don't know what the person below me is talking about. I don't know anyone who would describe chi o as "cliquey". They may say other mean things about them being heady or any other number of things, but never cliquey. Chi Os are some of the most warm, welcoming, and genuine girls here. It's generally a consensus they have one of the strongest sisterhoods here, and they've always been very inclusive of me even though I'm not in a sorority (rushing this fall).
