Comment:  How can a Kappa House be in such bad shape? Once it starts trending downward it snowballs. What can be done to improve this chapter once you have members that don't measure up, how do you break the cycle. Guess it is true, chapters really vary from School to School. Unfortunate that this house doesn't rank very well amoungest the other houses on campuse and also with kappas at other schools.
