Comment:  Just because Alpha Phi is getting a new house (which won't be done until at least Fall 2015, which by that point we'll probably have a new sorority as well) doesn't mean they'll be competition. Alpha Gam has a brand new house and they STILL had the worst of the return rates for recruitment this past year. Higher return rates=more PNMs want you=sorority's pick for girls=better house. Plain and simple. Alpha Phi tied with Zeta for the 4th return rate. 4th/5th out of 7 houses isn't good.
