Comment:  theta is literally only a top tier house at vandy and texas. it isn't good anywhere else which is kinda incredible considering they have the second largest number of active chapters of any sorority. they just need to take a chill pill at tulane and maybe they can maintain their middle tier status cause they are definitely slipping right now
