Comment:  they struggle because they're so new, and are having problems with creating an image on campus. they somewhat deserve their low ranking, but i think it's just because the lower tier sororities are threatened by what they could become. all theta needs is one good recruitment and they'll solidify their place above sk and at least at the same level as gphi.
