Comment:  i honestly think chi o is underrated (in response to the last person's comment). they were on probation a few years ago which made they lose rank a little bit, but with their past two pledge classes they are definitely back in top tier. i think people sometimes rank them lower because they don't party quite as much as pi phi and kappa (which is A LOT)
