Comment:  A Chi O is definitely on the rise. Known for being "nice" but some of their members are rude as hell. It's so random and uncalled for. Really stepped up their social game this last semester and I'm sure they will do well in recruitment. If they continue to rise I urge them to be careful because it's a loooong fall from the top. Not sure where they stand with frats. Have seen them at some philanthropies. They do well with their philanthropy.
