Comment:  These guys treat the TFM book like its their bible. I see them trying really hard to impress people on campus and demanding respect from other organizations. Their pledges are clueless and they have no real established hierarchy. Sometimes I see pledges walking all over their brothers. Respect is earned not given, I believe their internal business should be handled before they worry about their social status. Aside from that, they are involved on campus and keep their noses clean.
