Comment:  un-biased ranking. Beta isn't all that bad and they have a solid reputation, especially with the university itself. But they really seriously aren't very popular socially and they don't have a house. Noone except a Beta or someone who went to the same high schools as the Betas will say they're top tier. That being said most don't think they're bad either. Solid upper middle, probably top 6. Would be top tier if they got a house, threw more parties & stopped being so insecure in their own chapter
