Comment:  They were top tier before all the cool guys got kicked out which explains the negative comments from how things were the year after that when they couldn't compete. But with all the new guys they're already top of the middle tier and if they get another good pledge class they could rival or even pass up phi delt next year, who is their biggest competition at this point and is headed downhill as lambda is headed uphill fast. The offnight parties are nothing special you're better off going to fiji or Pike, but their big parties that are themed are always really impressive and tons of people go and have a great time with great guys.
