Comment:  historically, kappa and pi phi are the best at tulane. however, recently kappa has been getting a bad rep that has been really slowly bringing them down from top-top tier to lower top tier, while chi o's past two pledge classes have brought them up to the same level as kappa or even higher to the top-top tier with pi phi. lets hope chi o can stay there cause it's been nice to have non-stuck up girls in the top tier for a change
