Comment:  Will likely never be considered top 3 by most, but is still undeniably top tier. Top 4 or 5 along with Delt, and only getting better in recent years. Unlike KA/Fiji, SigEp isn't just a wealthy high school club. They have a real brotherhood. Plus they really do throw some kickass parties and have a great property. Along with SAE and Delt, SigEp is oneof the traditional top tier fraternities
