Comment:  Hit a rough patch last year but is definitely still in the top 4 or 5. The only people who will claim Delt isn't top tier are Betas who wish they were. Along with SAE, and SigEp, Delt is one the traditional top tier fraternities. They have a big house, throw some pretty awesome parties, and actually care about brotherhood. Will only do better with time
