Comment:  These girls are without a doubt nice, smart, and involved. Unfortunately, recruitment like much of life is based on first impressions and as a chapter they don't have a great image. They have a great sisterhood but if what it takes to meet quota is slapping on some makeup, dressing up a little, and fluffing their social rep a little then so be it. I would love to see this chapter improve and expand but my only suggestion is a "sorority boot camp" to better prepare them for recruiting PNMs.
