Comment:  It's hard to rank Chi O because there's lots of things going for & against them. They do have a solid philanthropy, but it doesn't cost too much to grant a wish. Lots of organizations on campus do more than what they do to support their philanthropy, but they make a big deal out of what little money they raise. It's going to a decent philanthropy so I digress. Another thing is their sisterhood, I've walked past sisters yelling at each other at parties and its just sad to see. Overall, they're ok
