Comment:  Honestly, I feel as though Phi Mu has declined in the past few years. All i ever hear are stories about how they all hate each other and about all the cliques they have. It definitely doesn't help that they tend to get incredibly sloppy when they drink. I love the Phi Mu's that I know but I think they've slipped down the ranks a bit
