Comment:  The are all nice but give off the impression that they hate each other. Quite cliquey and think they are a gift to campus. All of the incoming sophomores and sophomores currently like living in the apartments for selfish reasons (big rooms), and the upper class is basically done dealing with the sorority so it appears they are going to stay in the apartments for a long time when they clearly need a house.
