Comment:  Despite what the person posted prior commented, I sincerely disagree. The campus recognizes delts as a upper tier fraternity now, unlike a few years ago. They are on the rise because they bring in quality guys, slowly becoming more like KA and Sigma chi as respectful gentlemen. Now, they are starting to grow their social life, slowly closer to a great pi kap chapter. The fact is this this is a very good fraternity and if they continue to improve they could redefine top tier.
