Comment:  Bottom of the Top Tier. They're PC 13 was weird as all hell after an awesome PC 12. They have some dimes (their president) and some total weirdos (their rising sophomores). A weirder version of Alpha Phi and a hotter version of Chi O. Could easily be replaced by Chi O if they get another strange pledge class (stop hanging out with Sigma Chi). Sigmalympics is always a blast. Fun at mixers. They need to do well during rush...or else.
