Comment:  IMO: Poor Pi Phi. They used to be lower-upper tier, and now they are upper-middle tier. Super random 2014 pledge class. Older girls are hot and cool, though. PiPhis are definitely on the wild-side---they love to be in a sorority, they love to party, and they make sure that you know both of those things. Currently wrestling with APhi in terms of tier-positions.
