Comment:  IMO: So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and bumping them into the middle tier category. Some would argue that they are bottom tier. But really, there's nothing wrong with them. Generally cute, nice...I think that they just don't put themselves out there enough. Need to become more outgoing or get better pr.
