Comment:  The recent pledge class is FULL of cute girls that have a lot to offer the sorority. The only problem with Phi's really is that they only hang out with themselves, which is great for the sisterhood, but not so much for the network outside of the house. You can also spot one anywhere because they will be in a group with other Phi's wearing fluorescent colors and fanny packs.
