Comment:  Theta has a high retention rate and for good reasons- the girls are laid-back and awesome girls who care about school and social life. With that being said, they definitely have some girls who party too hard and it can get old. However, which sorority doesn't have girls that act like that? They aren't too involved with campus stuff, but they do a great job with sisterhood. I think some new leadership and organization next year will really help them continue to move upwards.
