Comment:  Top of the bottom tier. I know that doesn't sound like the best description, but it's true and not a horrible thing. They have houses that like to party with them and are solidly above zeta and of course theta. They know what they want in a PC and they usually get it. I know girls who rushed a gam and love it. They may get critiqued by fraternities for not being huge parties, but that's not their goal. They have smart girls and they seem to genuinely like each other.
