Comment:  Obviously the person who commented before mine has no idea the situation Phi Beta Sigma is in, and thus making him/herself a complete ignorant & laughingstock. Since this fraternity was on PROBATION, they couldn't be as active as they wanted to be. Plus, in the last year, they only had one member who had to manage all aspects of the fraternity (something the previous person who commented is most likely unable to do). I'm sure once they get off of probation, they will be up there.
