Comment:  These guy's have a nice house and a solid group of guys, but the obvious and massive quantity of self-ranks is pretty discerning. I have always felt that they have had solid upperclassmen leadership, but the younger guys have this aroma of tryhardness that is pretty evident. Overall, they are at the top of the Upper Middle Tier Fraternities and could easily overtake Phi Psi as more of the smart and preppy top tier house but in the end the House doesn't make the Fraternity.
