Comment:  Theta is a very middle tier house. They have girls who seem like they would be in a higher house like Gamma Phi, and girls who seem like they should've been probably in KD. Very nice girls, but don't seem to diversify where they go out - tons of thetas go to Phi Delt and not really anywhere else. If they would be more choosey during rush, they really have the potential to be a top house.
