Comment:  Definitely in the top tier, but not number 1. Going through recruitment, I went back to them every night but there really wasn't anything special about the group as a whole. You can tell they love their chapter, but I think it's getting to their heads. On pref night, I choose the other chapter, even though I was a legacy. So glad I did. Many of my friends are a phis, and from what I've seen/heard, I'm glad I didn't join. Many great girls but the cattiness is out of hand. Not so classy anymore.
