Comment:  Not including is the same as excluding. If you don't invite someone you are excluding them. SigEp does not socialize with girls that aren't GPhi's. Maybe this year things will change. It seems like they started 2013 hanging out with all houses but after a couple months it became exclusively GPhi. Maybe the new pledge class will realize that if you want a down to earth non-fake non-materialistic girl you will have to look beyond GPhi
