Comment:  here's the deal ... rich bros with a kinda nice house (pretty sticky floors though for a place that reminds you of a museum) and not-too-bad alcohol and good grades. but this isn't enough to make them top tier. it takes more than money and grades to be a good fraternity. it would be better if the betas no how to act around girls.
