Comment:  Founded in 1895, Chi Omega is the largest national woman's fraternity with, at last count, 322,309 initiated Sisters, 177 collegiate chapters, 241 alumnae chapters, and 7413 new members last year alone. Chi Omega's national philanthropy is Make-A-Wish but in addition, the Chi Omega Foundation raises funds to promote scholarship, programming, safety, and more. Local alumnae and collegiate chapters participate in many other volunteer and fundraising efforts across the nation, as well.
