Comment:  Older girls getting more involved but I've heard from several of them how they have money problems, have a script for recruitment, how so many girls drop after recruitment because during recruitment they put on this huge act and then after you see them for who they really are. These are the girls who will be nice for rush week and then give you nasty faces and act terrible after. All the good zetas are gone bye bye!
