Comment:  Gamma Phi Beta is not our newest house but they haven't been here long compared to most. They have made their name for being one of the top in grades and being exceptionally nice. They are becoming more social every year but still fall toward the academic side. They have moved above some of our older houses that have fallen but a better placement would be top of the middle tier. Great girls though which seem to get better every year.
