Comment:  Top tiers are always going to have haters. Most of the negative comments come from butthurt girls who didn't get a bid from a top house, a geed, or one lower tier frat douche who bases a whole chapter off of one bad hookup. You can tell when a negative comment has credibility, but I doubt a anyone posting here actually knows enough about an individual chapter to have a genuine opinion. No PC is 100%, but looking overall it is easy to tell which houses have confident, classy, & intelligent girls.
